Central Valley JATC

The Central Valley Joint Apprenticeship & Training Center offers a comprehensive electrical training program. Students enrolled at the CVJATC receive quality education and training designed to prepare them for a prosperous career in all facets of the electrical construction industry. While enrolled, they maintain employment among one of many National Electrical Contactors Association (NECA) member Electrical Contractors associated with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local # 684 and the CVJATC. It is through this partnership that the CVJATC is able to offer such a comprehensive, quality education.

There are many topics a student studies throughout his/her training. While some of these are theory based, many are 'hands-on' topics that allow for actual practice and application of learned and understood principles. Below are just a few of the 'hands-on' exercises offered.
